Remote Support

For clients that do not have our Advanced Systems Monitoring from HavenZone, you need to use our Remote Access Software. Please click on the link below for the version that you require assistance with.

Our Remote Access Software makes your computer accessible to a HavenZone Support Technician when you run the program. Once the program is closed your computer is no longer accessible to the technician until you download the program again. This is for one time access and not meant for ongoing support issues. If you need to allow access to HavenZone in the future and not install the program every time you may install the Host version of our software which will grant access to a support technician whenever they need it.
