Using the New Message Window

The New Message window displays your newest unread email messages.

On the email notification, you can click Expand to increase the size of the notification window for longer messages, or click Open to open the email message in Web-Based Email.

At the bottom of the email notification, you can navigate your email messages.

Reply / Reply to All
Opens the Web-Based Email compose window so you can reply to the email message.

Forward
Opens a the Web-Based Email compose window so you can forward the email message to another address.

Delete
Moves this message from your Inbox to the Trash.

Mark As Read
Displays this message as “read” in your message list.

Mark As Spam
Moves this message from your Inbox to your Bulk Mail.

Previous / Next
Navigates to the previously viewed message or the next message in your notification. Note that these are not visible if you do not have more than one new message.
