* Onsite Support plans are only offered in the NY Tri-State Area and Savannah GA. - Remote Support plans are offered Nationwide.

Onsite Support Uses:

All on-site issues have a minimum use of 2 hours per site visit. Additional visits may be made and are billed at the same 2-hour minimum at a cost of $95 per hour once the allotted time for the month in the support plan is used. Remote Support plans can also take advantage of these discounted onsite rates if they require support.

Onsite Trip Charges:

All clients that require onsite support are subject to a trip charge. The trip charge differs depending on the location of the client's site.

NYC (Bronx / Brooklyn) $75

NY (Upstate) $95
NJ (Nothern / Mid) $95

Remote Support Uses:

All remote issues have a minimum use of 15 minutes per call. A monthly plan that allows 2 hours per month could make up to 8 phone calls within the month to stay within the plan structure. Additional calls may be made and are billed in 15-minute increments at a cost of $65 per hour once the allotted time for the month in the support plan is used. If onsite support is required it is billed the same as listed above.

Addon Pricing Not Shown

Additional services that can be added to the monthly service include BDRS (Backup Disaster Recovery Service) from Datto and Veriato Vision Employee Monitoring.

Both of these services are dependant on the number of devices and users in your company. The Datto solutions also include hardware as well. Due to the fact that we do not have the details about your environment, we cannot give detailed pricing for these two services. Please contact the sales team to get pricing for these options.
